“This was a perfect location and stay for my wife and I. Everything was beautiful. Perfect location to walk around and explore the area. Beach, restaurants and shopping all conveniently located. Trolly stop close by as well!”airbnb

“We really loved the location. Just steps from the beach. The pool is smaller and has a lot of pigeons but we still enjoyed it as we were usually the only ones in there. It was nice to have both the beach & pool to choose from. We’ll definitely be back!”airbnb

“The location was fantastic! Super easy walk to the beach access (2 blocks down/1 block over). Easy walking distance to Bridge St. which has shops and restaurants. Easy to get off the island which was convenient for us to eat at Tide Tables. Condo was nice and clean. Shower was a nice upgrade. We didn't use the TV or kitchen items other than the fridge so I can't speak to those things. The beach supply closet was perfect and a key factor in why we chose this rental. They had the essentials: a wagon, beach umbrella and chairs. Pool was clean and of a good size. There is an outdoor shower/hose off area in the pool area that was much appreciated after coming back from the beach. The only con is that the window in the bathroom doesn't have a blind, so you can see directly into the shower. Improvised by using the beach towel clips in the closet and hanging a lightweight t-shirt over the window. Recommend getting a blind, even if it is a paper blind. We would rent here again.”airbnb

“I was very disappointed with this stay. We booked for 5 days, but for 3 of those 5 days there was no power in the kitchen and living room areas. This meant we couldn’t use the microwave, watch TV, or enjoy family movie nights with our kids as planned. Having such a significant portion of the home unusable for most of our stay was a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, the shower curtain was in poor condition—it was yellowed and visibly moldy, which was unpleasant and raised concerns about cleanliness. While I understand that unexpected issues can happen, what was most frustrating was the lack of compensation. I politely requested a partial refund due to the loss of essential amenities and the disruption to our vacation, but my request was denied. Overall, this experience fell well below expectations. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, hassle-free vacation rental.”airbnb

“The photos of the property are pretty deceiving as well as the binder of information. The white sheets are stained yellow, the condo itself was very dirty, it looks like there is mold under the soap holder in the bathroom. There was food on many of the utensils. The listing states loungers are available but they are locked up with no explanation of how to get to them. The listing also states there were chairs available, there was one and it was broken. The was a dead bird on the patio when we got here and had been there for a while since it was decaying. There are cracks in quite a few tiles at least one of them could give you a pretty good cut. I am really shocked that this property was able to be listed in its condition.”airbnb

“We have stayed in the unit next door to this one in the past so we knew the location and surroundings This unit we discovered does not have a garbage disposal among other things. Water pressure was very low, toilets flushed very slow. No kleenexes. Unit appears to need updated. Carpets stained and unattractive.”airbnb

“Location is amazing and perfect, this is right at the beach which is extremely convenient since parking can be hard in AMI, because is a private condo their part of the beach is also empty and calm which is great. However, the Airbnb itself is extremely small, they have a kitchen but it’s so small you can’t really make anything there, the condo is outdated and it’s not clean properly, the rugs are grey of how dirty they are and the bathtub is not clean properly as well as the walls in it, furniture looks very old, the bench by the window is all stained that makes you not wanna sit there and the Murphy bed is rusty all around which is very dangerous, they need a better cleaning company for sure.”airbnb
