“Everything was beautiful but the dirt in the shower the blood stain on door and the floors the cleaning people never cleaned it and I asked 2 times”

“The main bathroom was unusable due to a pipe being open underneath the toilet and creating an unbearable smell. Bathroom needs deep maintenance. They also left the kitchen and floors dirty before we checked in.”

“Perfect!! Apartment beautiful and right by the beach! The only thing is they charge you 50usd+tax for storing luggage after checkout, a bit steep. Other than this, i would recommend.”

“The room walls were dusty and baseboards were dirty. None of the TV's worked. The remotes had no batteries.I reached out to the host about 9 times.they kept lying saying that someone was coming to fixed the problem nobody never came. I went out to purchase the remote batteries and the 3 TV's still didn't not working. My family was upset cause there was no entertainment. Each day I reached out to the host about this issue and got another lie from the host. I have requested some of my money back due to those issues and I still have yet to hear anything but lies. Don't stay at this location cause you will be disappointed with the service.”

“Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I have had. There were multiple serious issues during our stay. The toilet was not functioning properly, there was a persistent high-frequency noise affecting our ability to comfortably stay in the apartment, and we raised these problems with the host. The most concerning issue was the handling of the building’s wristband requirement. I explained that wearing the wristband was causing a physical reaction and provided evidence of the visible red marking on my arm. Despite raising this, we were still expected to comply rather than being offered a reasonable alternative. I was also extremely concerned by the licensing information associated with the property. The licence information I was able to see appeared to show that it had expired. This is something I believe prospective guests should be aware of and independently verify when considering this property. Communication throughout the situation was extremely disappointing.”
