“The check in process was only difficult because the front desk reps were not very knowledgeable & knew hardly none to no English. The places was clean but the water did go out for hours & the host said it was an outage in the neighborhood which was a big inconvenience considering we had dinner plans. No face towels, only bath towels in bathrooms. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, just those minor problems.”

“The Room 305 was prefect for what we needed. Party of 4, 2 adults with 2 kids. The 2nd room has double beds. The Penthouse was beautiful, needs a few updates, but it’s an older building so expected, a bit noisy when it’s very windy, not an issue. Check in was easy, all the elevators were in working order. We took Ubers everywhere but we should’ve rented a vehicle the daily parking $40 not bad. Gym was nice . All in all close to beach,and the pool was nice, good place if you want to be far from South Beach, it could take 1 hour to get there. 🥳”
