“Estuvo correcto. Algunos temas a tener en cuenta , no brindan tal servicio de playa por el que te cobran 30 dólares diarios, salvo que vayas a las 8am. No tenía la cantidad necesario de vajilla para las personas que fuimos, en este punto rápidamente lo solucionaron. Por otro lado, respecto de la comunicación, se interpretaba que tendríamos servicio de limpieza en la mitad de la estadía, eso no sucedió. El resto ok. Responden rápidamente.”

“The place and area was beautiful and amazing view but the stuff sucks didn’t really explain well and kept taking the money for every little thing and the apartment was so dirty and smelly specially the kitchen sink and stain everywhere even the bed was smelly it was not even clean bedding. Not worth the price at all ended up paying so much for just 3 nights and it was not even clean at all.”

“Paid 439 to stay here but when I went to check in it was another fee another hold and plus a mandatory valet fee. They really don’t valet the car only once. The room is very nice and clean. Great view on the balcony which is the best part. Slow elevators. The room had no wash cloths and when we informed front desk they said they were out. About 45 mins from Miami Beach.”

“The room itself was perfect! Everything was exactly like the description and pictures. Super clean, quiet, and had a great view.... ... the building itself was an absolute nightmare. Check-in line was so long that we gave up and came back later (and it still took 30 minutes). There's only two elevators... when they're both working. It took us over an hour and a half to get into our room at check-in and the same amount of time to check out. Even with both elevators working, it took about 20 minutes for one to stop at your floor and we had to let multiple elevators go on because they were too full. ... the crowd there definitely was not family friendly, but the security team looked like a mob hit squad and we didn't see any actual issues, but as an owner of a security firm I know that you don't hire a team that well put together unless you're consistently dealing with some serious issues.”

“From start to finish, my experience was disappointing. Due to an unexpected death in my family, I needed to cancel my stay, but was unable to receive a refund or adjust my dates. While I understand policies regarding travel insurance, the lack of flexibility and empathy was disheartening. I ultimately checked in a day late due to the funeral and was still charged for that night, along with the resort fee. At check-in, the front desk interaction was not welcoming. The room had a shower issue that was resolved promptly; however, overall cleanliness was below standard, with hair found in the sheets and shower, and a visibly unclean shower curtain. Elevator wait times were excessive, with waits exceeding 30 minutes, and valet service was similarly delayed. The beach shuttle was convenient, though construction at the destination impacted the experience. The balcony and view were the only highlights of the stay.”

“This was supposed to be a very smooth and relaxing vacation for my friend and I as it was our first vacation on our own. We got there and were told we were not allowed to check in due to not being 21 although our host did not specify this and it was not shown on our side of the listing. We were told we were unable to stay and we needed to find someone to check us in that was 21 and not only that is we were not to stay we would not be refunded nor relocated. We were left with no other option but to find someone we knew that lived in Florida mind u we live all the way in Indiana. Thank goodness we had a friend that was able to check us in and and then once we got to the counter to check in, we were told to pay all these extra fees. We were told that we had to pay $180 for this small amount of amenities that were provided by the hotel as well as a $250 deposit fee that you’re not gonna get until 10 days after you leave your stay.”

“This was one of the worst and most overpriced hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we kept getting charged extra fees — parking garage fees, hotel stay fees, and a $250 hold deposit even though we stayed only one night. It felt like we were being charged for everything. When we entered the room, one of the beds collapsed as soon as we sat on it. The room had a terrible smell, the linens were not fresh, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We barely slept. The hotel is right next to a busy highway, so there was constant traffic noise, and we could also hear people in the next room. The “porch view” faces the highway, not a nice view as described. There was no water in the room, and the vending machine they sent us to didn’t work. Management responded late and was not helpful. Very bad stay — not recommended.”
