“Wonderful place to stay. Apartment is well maintained. Security of the building makes it super safe. The terrazas restaurant was delicious and food is super homey!!!”

“Place is nice was told the dog pee would be taken care of the next day never was ask for toilet paper was told they were gonna see if someone’s in building to get us some that never happened. Lots of promises, but never came through dating offer a discount or anything like that other than the place smelling like dog pee in the stains and it host not coming through when they said they’re gonna do something place is worth the money.”

“Great location and direct access to the beach. Safe neighborhood and walkable to get some groceries. Nothing about this apartment, but be aware that the building’s elevators stop at all floors so it may take longer to get on the elevator to go downstairs at times. And gold star for landlord to have beach chairs and umbrellas ready in the closet - because it’s 1 hr wait to get two lounge chairs and umbrella from the building’s service provider, despite more than half of those chairs are empty.”
