“If you need a gym, you can forget about it. The access code doesn’t work. To get in, you have to take a key from the reception, and there’s always a long queue — you’ll waste 20-30 minutes just to get the key. The room itself is relatively clean, but the balcony door is crooked with a huge gap at the bottom. Also, getting from the beach back to the hotel territory is a problem.”

“Communicated that I needed extra linens for the sofa couch but never responded or opened the message. Other than that the stay was good and very pretty view.”

“The place was beautiful but they did not let us know the place was in renovation and the stove and microwave did not work. The view was great but had a few inconveniences”

“You can do better for less money. There was tie nail clippings and hair I the bed, they offered to change my sheets… should have done that before I arrived with a group of 6. The fish washer has been broken, with the spay arm fallen off, for months, based on the amount of mold layered on. The place is dingier than in the photos. I stayed for 5 days, almost just left upon articulate, but we already unpacked from the car valet. There are great things here, but you can get those anywhere on Miami Beach (I am from the area): stay elsewhere!”

“The valet and check-in staff are very annoying, and rude. I take elderly parents for tour to Miami and didn't see any handicap ramps access to the building. Per Florida building code should be ADA accessibility in public buildings.”

“Check in was pretty easy, once you get to the room there's a beautiful view but other than that maintenance is needed. I stayed 3 days and had to ask for sheets, blankets, toilet paper, trash bags and clean towels( which you can not receive on the premises you have to contact the host and they'll send someone out) I still didn't get what I requested. I was told a team would be sent out when the man came he had a cleaning rag, a sheet and a pillow case it was an extremely disappointing experience 😤”

“I stayed here during my trip to Miami and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, especially considering I paid $546. The room did not match the photos shown in the listing, which felt misleading right from the start. There was also no proper AC in the room, making it very uncomfortable in Miami’s heat. On top of that, the room had a strong unpleasant smell and did not feel clean. Safety was another concern — the room lock did not feel secure and seemed faulty, which is unacceptable. The valet parking situation made things even worse. Every time we arrived or wanted to leave, we had to wait around 30–45 minutes just to get the car. This was extremely inconvenient and added a lot of frustration to the stay. Overall, this place did not meet expectations at all for the price. I would not recommend it unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and service.”

“Extremely disappointed in this place. It's totally outdated, with rust all over the place and mold in numerous places. There's stains on the cushioned seats outside, stains on the curtains, there's particles stuck to the ceiling. It's in desperate need of a paint job as well as sanding to the walls where holes have been patched. The valet is a total and complete niightmare (I would rather self park) we spent hours wasted trying to give our vehicle to valet & get it back. The entire hotel is dated and disgusting and the pool area is disgusting. Honestly if this place was free I would not stay there again ever!”
