“Paid $69 for early check-in was advised it was registered and updated on the registration on site but when we arrived it was not submitted had to wait for it to be submitted while we there at there standing. Got a door code finally and at the door it did not work someome had to come up and let us in. The remotes in the room were not working to watch the TV while we waited for someone to come fix the AC in the room because it was leaking water on the floor and the sleeping area AC was not working and room was extremely hot. Maintenance took hours to come and when they did and we came back to the room the room was hotter than before. they set the AC at 40 degrees and made the room worse. We requested to leave and a full refund but was only offered a late check out. Finally after push back offered me another room with 15% off which that did suffice for us but had no other choice. Terrible stay for one night we did not spend time in the room because of the temperature and spent $300 smh”

“The view was beautiful & the pool was fantastic but the desk help was rude, every shift! Had major issues with them. Even had the staff refuse to accept an amazon delivery, which was a medical device part. The entire staff should be fired!! The unit was a lot older than picture showed & areas that were more difficult to reach were uncleaned for a very long time. Patio doors would not lock & someone placed zip ties to lock the door. So much paint on everything, it was so thick it could now be wallpaper. The conversation via email was great & fast. But whoever they have managing the property for them should be fired as well. We have pictures of everything stated, including video feed from security of them turning the amazon delivery away. The lady who owns property was awesome, & the property could be amazing, with some tlc.”

“Localização muito boa, fiquei em 2 Apts diferentes, ambos antigos e um com problemas de vazamentos contínuos nas torneiras e necessitando de uma reforma geral. Mesmo contando com vários elevadores, quando na hora de pico era muito demorado conseguir um lugar para descer. Mas comparativamente o preço era razoável.”

“Unfortunately, my experience at this Airbnb was very disappointing. From the beginning, I had a difficult time getting the door open and accessing the property. Once inside, the air conditioning was not cooling properly, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially during the night. I also found the checkout time to be extremely early considering that I arrived around 7:00 PM. By 10:00 AM, someone was already knocking on the door for us to leave, which made the whole experience feel rushed. Another issue was the car service. Whenever you request the car, you can expect to wait close to an hour, which is very inconvenient. Overall, I feel that many things are promised, but the actual experience does not live up to those expectations. Between the access issues, the A/C not cooling, the long wait for the car, and the rushed checkout, I would not stay here again.”

“This rental is 6/10, respectfully. The cleaning was done because you can smell the products, not good enough. There was gunk behind the bathroom door, the tub was chipped and stained, there was an entire roach on the wall. Smh. Definitely could use some attention on this one”

“You can do better for less money. There was tie nail clippings and hair I the bed, they offered to change my sheets… should have done that before I arrived with a group of 6. The fish washer has been broken, with the spay arm fallen off, for months, based on the amount of mold layered on. The place is dingier than in the photos. I stayed for 5 days, almost just left upon articulate, but we already unpacked from the car valet. There are great things here, but you can get those anywhere on Miami Beach (I am from the area): stay elsewhere!”

“The valet and check-in staff are very annoying, and rude. I take elderly parents for tour to Miami and didn't see any handicap ramps access to the building. Per Florida building code should be ADA accessibility in public buildings.”

“I stayed here during my trip to Miami and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, especially considering I paid $546. The room did not match the photos shown in the listing, which felt misleading right from the start. There was also no proper AC in the room, making it very uncomfortable in Miami’s heat. On top of that, the room had a strong unpleasant smell and did not feel clean. Safety was another concern — the room lock did not feel secure and seemed faulty, which is unacceptable. The valet parking situation made things even worse. Every time we arrived or wanted to leave, we had to wait around 30–45 minutes just to get the car. This was extremely inconvenient and added a lot of frustration to the stay. Overall, this place did not meet expectations at all for the price. I would not recommend it unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and service.”

“Extremely disappointed in this place. It's totally outdated, with rust all over the place and mold in numerous places. There's stains on the cushioned seats outside, stains on the curtains, there's particles stuck to the ceiling. It's in desperate need of a paint job as well as sanding to the walls where holes have been patched. The valet is a total and complete niightmare (I would rather self park) we spent hours wasted trying to give our vehicle to valet & get it back. The entire hotel is dated and disgusting and the pool area is disgusting. Honestly if this place was free I would not stay there again ever!”
