“I'll be clear and brief. My issue is with the management, not the property itself. The property was decent. I rented this unit because the listing highlighted a “studio ocean view.” However, the first night I was assigned a first-floor room with a garage view. I contacted the host and was told this was covered by a note at the bottom of the listing stating that “room assignments may vary from the photos.” In my opinion, that note should refer to room layout differences, not the main headline advertising an ocean view. The next day I was reassigned to a 12th-floor room, but it did not match the photos either. Instead of a bed, it had a sofa bed. I decided not to argue further. Later I requested a partial refund for the first night. I was told I would receive 15%, but the $81.52 refunded does not equal 15% of what I paid ($764.99). I believe listings should clearly match what is advertised so guests receive what they pay for.”

“Place was nice, clean and good location but the bed was terrible “no box spring” so my wife’s back started hurting 1st night and kept getting worse. We almost left after 2nd night but didn’t want to lose out on money we spent on it. Recommend you state the bed doesn’t have box spring so no one else has to hurt like my wife and I would state on advertisement that you charge for toilet paper.”

“We really like the fact that it was located at a spot that was very easy to get to all of the restaurants, music and a stones throw to the beach. The staff was very good as well.”

“We had an issue originally but the Leavetown staff were very quick to address it. The condo was perfect and the location is great.”
