“The host’s communication was excellent — responsive and genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, the property didn’t match the listing. Linens and towels were soiled on arrival and had to be washed before use. Kitchen appliances were not clean. The garage AC filter was so clogged it wasn’t cooling — we cleaned it ourselves. The kitchen was advertised as fully stocked but lacked basic items: measuring cups, mixing bowls, a whisk, spatula, and adequate silverware for the eight-person occupancy listed. The foosball table — a feature that drew us to this property — had broken and missing pieces and was unusable. Additional issues: mismatched door codes, an unprepared pool deck and patio, and insufficient towels. We purchased additional towels during our stay. We are experienced Airbnb and VRBO travelers. This property has potential but needs consistent pre-arrival inspection and preparation to match what the listing represents.”

“Fantastic stay! The house was clean, spacious, and had an awesome layout for relaxing and spending time together. The pool/backyard setup was a major highlight and honestly MADE the trip.
