“we loved our stay, everything was perfect!! the unit is so lovely, very clean, beautiful bathrooms, with all the essentials. the pool was a nice oasis throughout the day and the unit had strong air conditioning - thankfully, it was blazing hot during our stay! it’s a great location so close to the beach and shops. we will be back!”

“Walked in and apparently the cleaning person had an emergency and had to leave everything as is. Check in was at 4 i arrived almost at 6, enough time for the cleaner to communicate and the company to find someone else. This was not an owner to owner airbnb i guess its a company they pay to manage the property. At the end i spent my Friday cleaning and washing and i was not able to do late check out as they already had people coming in the same day i was leaving. Not a relaxing mothers day weekend at all.”

“Pictures not truly representative of property’s nineties and overall functionality. Amenities ran down, some unusable all together. Door handles, cabinets broken, including to the entry door. Backyard views nice, quiet neighborhood. Host very responsive throughout stay. Acceptance and apologies for what was raised by me turned into denial and a dispute once a partial refund was requested. Host denied, luckily Airbnb sided with me and made things right by providing partial refund.”

“The walls were extremely thin!!! U WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SLEEP AT ALL. I had to book entire new stay due to this issue as well as the poor hygiene of the apartment. Stains on walls, crumbs on floor, stains on all the throw pillows, the comforter, as well as a blood stain on regular pillow. Weird smell and A HAND PRINT ON THE WALL. Extremely unpleased, had to contact Airbnb support as they were not responsive to the idea of a refund when I did not even stay a full night of my 5 night stay. Unacceptable”

“Great location, clean place. Was comfortable for us and totally worked out. That said, they sent so many messages before and after the stay which I found to be a bit annoying. I was also disappointed in response I received re: cleaning up the liquid laundry detergent that I slipped on when I arrived. I could have seriously injured myself and the smell of the detergent lingered our entire stay. Lastly, it's a bit "nickel and dime" to charge guests for baby items like pack n' plays & high chairs. It was disclosed at time of booking, so I knew about it, was prepared to pay it, and did pay it, but most airbnb's include that stuff.”

“Home was nice. Great layout for families. I wish they had more than 2 lounge chairs. A few things need to be addressed first the washer does not spin clothes. I went to wash laundry the night before we left and they were soaking wet. Also, I realize it’s South Florida but the roach in the kitchen night 1 still grossed me out.”
