“We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful, spacious, and had more than enough room and bathrooms for our group. My only suggestion would be to provide a little more detail in the listing about the household supplies that are included. We assumed face towels would be provided, but unfortunately there weren’t any when we arrived. Since we got in late, we couldn’t pick any up until the next day. Thankfully we had brought a few from home, but our other guests had to use the larger bath towels instead. Same as trash bags really wished he provided maybe 2 more just because it was a longer stay. We also had a small issue with the grill not working. After notifying the host, he was responsive at first, but once we discussed a refund, communication became difficult, and after three days I had to go through Airbnb customer support to have the refund processed. Other than those minor issues, we had a great stay.”

“Airbnb showed the place available and allowed the booking as well as took our money. Yet after checkin time the host cancelled the reservation saying the place was in maintenance mode. He then did not reply nor formally cancel the reservation to kick off a refund. Had to contact Airbnb support to get the refund. Even they said he was not responding to them. Would be very careful booking this property and from this host.”
