“First things first, this rental was not the one we had originally booked. Our booking was changed nearly 2 hours before our check in. Which was very inconvenient especially since we had our (2) 3-years old. To get to the community was somewhat of a challenge after the first night since they changed the check in locks/scanners overnight and none of it was mentioned to us until I reached out. Nevertheless the townhouse is very spacious and the pool was awesome.”

“This place seems like a scam. The host was very unresponsive and also said the early check in status wouldn’t be available until the day of. The host canceled on us 5 hours before check in and when I already arrived to Miami so I reported it to Airbnb. They supposedly had unforeseen conditions happen at their place and couldn’t host me. This can be true or not but this is the first time this ever happened to me with Airbnb so I don’t really buy it. Airbnb luckily refunded me but honestly it was such a waste of my time and energy dealing with this situation.”

“Overall, the listing was pretty good for the value. There was enough space for my family and I to enjoy ourselves. I totally liked the fact that all linens, including towels, beach towels, and throw blankets were in plastic wrap. That was very comforting. The pool was smaller than anticipated. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and my family would recommend.”
