We left after two days and our stay was supposed to be 8 days. It was that bad. First off the house has seen better days. It really needs TLC. All the bedroom shades were dirty and falling apart and some missing entirely. All the bathrooms looked dingy. The tub handle fell off in one and all the dispensers had mold in them. Our socks were black from how dirty the floors were inside. The outdoor furniture is all stained. The pool isn’t heated. And I wouldn’t dare cook on the outside grill. The kitchen barely had anything and what pieces they had looked like they came from a garage sale. there’s only two TVs in the whole house. One in the living room and one in the master bedroom. None of the other bedrooms have TVs in them. This house backs up to highway. It was so noisy no one could sleep. What a nightmare. This house was very expensive and with that kind of price tag you expect a certain level and the house just didn’t live up to its description. I would not recommend this house.

This experience was frustrating from the start. Upon booking, I received messages from the host not only through Airbnb but also through two other phone numbers that kept texting instructions, additional details, etc and one phone call. It would be more respectful to pick one form of communication versus getting blown up through multiple messaging platforms. Also we were unable to cook for almost 2 days because the stove is a gas stove and it is hooked to a propane tank (and not the natural gas line like most places) and the propane tank was empty upon arrival. They did not refill the propane tank until after dinner the second night of our stay. The propane for the grill was also empty so we had no way of cooking dinner and had to eat out several times unexpectedly. This was not something that broke, this was negligence on their part. Lastly someone believes they left their wallet and it has been over 3 days and cannot get a response if it was left there or not.
