“The staff was incredibly slow at fixing multiple problems, including missing fire extinguisher a toilet that did not stop running electric outlets that did not work light fixtures that did not have bulbs and a dishwasher which broke while we were there and took them over three weeks to replace And when they tried to diagnose the dishwasher, they reinstalled the old unit incorrectly and flooded the unit”

“El lugar es muy bueno bien ubicado el apartamento muy bueno lastimosamente no andaba el frezzer de la heladera np se pudo guardar productos congelados helados y otros muy exigente a la salida 15 min antes de la hora ya envio personas a revisar el cuarto lo minimo respetar los horarios”

“El día que lleguè avisè wue no tenía internet. Me dijeron que dependía de Lyfe y no de ellos. Después los de mantenimiento me dijeron que era el dueño quien tenía que poner un repetidor. No pude usar internet en toda la estadía. Al otro día puse una torta helada en el freezer y la tuve que tirar porque no funcionaba.e mandaron técnicos durante 3 días pero no se solucionó. Tuve que pedir ayuda a Airbnb para que me reintegren algo de lo que ya había pagado ya que lo que ellos querían darme era nada! Por suerte Airbnb evaluaron lo sucedido y se dieron cuenta que tenía razón. Estar de Vacaciones en Miami sin freezer y la heladera andando muy mal, y no darme ninguna solución.. un desastre. No recomiendo la unidad 1704 del Lyfe.”

“Our stay at 2080 South Ocean Drive, condo PH09, was absolutely wonderful! We greatly enjoyed the amenities the building offered: pool, beach side location, chairs and parasols accessibility, secured and covered parking and the very friendly staff. The unit itself was very comfortable. The layout allowed privacy for us and our guests, with the bedrooms, complete with bathrooms, at opposite ends of the unit and the common area in the middle. Having the laundry machines inside the unit was extremely convenient. The view from the balcony was phenomenal! We definitely recommend this condo and would love to return!”
