“Without notification Heather switched our booking to another rental property. We specifically booked a one-story home for our stay and were switched to a two-story with 17 stairs. The dishwasher was not working for the entire month of our stay despite continuous communication with Heather and her management team. Although pleasant in each and every encounter, the four technicians dispatched were clueless of what the issue was and how to resolve the problem. The rental at 137 Angela's Avenue is a new home without any welcoming or pleasing design elements. There's not one throw pillow, extra blanket, or a hook on the wall. Additionally, these Balmoral homes are advertised as "luxury" when most of the items inside the walls are mediocre at best - the carpet is matted & dirty, the sheets inexpensive, and furniture low end. Heather and her management company take "self-catering" to an extreme, not providing salt/pepper/oil/hand soap, cleaning supplies. The community is safe and quiet.”

“Stayed here while racing in the Ironman 70.3. Was the perfect location as a racer and for spectators. Biggest issue that we had was that the house contained the minimum: 2 trash bags, only one roll of paper towel, one roll of toilet paper bathroom, one dishwashing pod, no baggies, etc. There is a convenient grocery store, just make sure you buy everything possible.”
