“Very nice house in a great location. The pool was nice, and was actually shaded for most of the day so the sun wasn't too much. The game room was a nice addition. The garage was surprisingly cool in the evening despite the day's heat. The gated neighborhood was very peaceful and secluded. We were amused to realize we were a block away from the geographic center of Florida.”

“Yann had a beautiful home appearance wise, however there were many issues with cleanliness to begin with, bandaids and garbage wrappers IN THE POOL that we had to clean out, the towels were wet and placed on our beds, the kitchen fridge was pulled out and there was a mess behind it. The queen bedroom was much smaller than expected, the twin bunk beds extremely uncomfortable with barely any cushion to them, master bedroom was good. We had someone come into this Air BnB while it was booked with us and we were not at the location. They went inside of the place, not just outside of it. We had our personal belongings located inside of the home and someone WITHOUT ANY notification had entered the home and the host stated that it was not his team AT FIRST, then we told him to review his security camera and he stated it was his team but completely ignored the fact that they went INSIDE of the home!! The rest of the stay was ruined for us as we feared for our safety and belongings. 1/10⭐”

“Highly recommend! The place was as described perfect for my quick getaway! There were plenty pots, pans and utensils! Master bathroom was very nice and spacious! Definitely would look again !”

“I loved this house, the location was amazing. It had security guard at front of entrance to the subdivision. The house was beautiful. only down side was The shower had hair in it, and the water would fill up at my feet like it's clogged. also, I asked the owner how to work the hot tub and never received a response. He said he would send somebody out and no one ever came.”
