“We enjoyed the house, in fact the community is full of other Airbnb or similar rental house apps. The beds were comfortable, AC was cool at bedtime, and pool was exceptional. Pool table in not garage needs work. Issues we had were minor and repaired in a timely manner. I would have liked more kitchen storage as there was no pantry to store food, dressers in the closets of the bedrooms that share a bathroom or luggage racks in the closets. There were plenty of hangers which were great. Dish towels are a must! Pets welcomed which was exceptionally. Haines City is growing quickly this will be prime rental in years to come. We had 7 adults who had to plans but to veg at the house, soak in some rays, and utilize the pool. Our time was very relaxing. Great stay!!”

“David’s home was perfect for our family vacation! Very spacious with a private pool and a wonderful kitchen . There’s multiple stores and restaurants a short drive away which was super convenient. There’s multiple stores only down side is we were hoping to bring our 2 small dogs on this trip and the pet fees were not communicated up until a few days before the trip . We ended up not bringing our furry friends with us . I did search months in advance for our air bnb and specified in our rsvp our dogs , I just wish those fees were communicated sooner . Other than that we had the best stay , very relaxing and private area .”
