“I had toddlers the alarm on the door to the pool was an old ones so it really wasn’t safe that was safe to the playroom had a big roaches and it was more like storage for wheelchair and stuff like that and first night I got there the AC was not working. They told me they was gonna be there at seven. No one came until the following morning when the guy came and he checked the pool area, he said he would see if they would let him add another like change the lock on the door for safety of the toddler and if you didn’t come back then they said no so I’m guessing they said no, the bed was not good. I had to buy a blowup bed to help. I left with a lot of pain. I ended my trip early and I asked for a refund and they said no so they actually kept the money for the two days that I didn’t stay there, even though it was somewhat uncomfortable. I had an emergency and for them it was more about money than anything else. That house would not be one I returned to and I hope when people read these cho”

“We booked this Airbnb mainly because of the private pool. We were celebrating our baby’s second birthday with family who traveled from Puerto Rico. We actually live only 35 minutes away and have plenty of space at home, so the only reason we rented this property was so our children could enjoy the pool and spend time outdoors instead of being on screens. When we arrived on Friday, the pool was in unacceptable condition. The water was green and dirty, with hair, plastic debris, wristbands, and other visible debris floating in it. I reported the issue immediately. On Saturday around 2:00 p.m., someone finally came to look at it, but only after I contacted Airbnb Support. We were told they would return within 1–2 hours because the filtration system was not working properly, but no one ever came back that day. Throughout the entire situation, the host continued insisting that the pool was safe and ready to swim in, even though it clearly was not. We were not able to use the pool until ar”

“Overall the house was very well worn with few items that are necessary. One bed had dirty sheets, dark hairs all over. The pool was full of bugs the entire time, even the day after “cleaning,” and completely unusable by any standards. The “hot tub” is not heated and the host is condescending when asked about it. Another review said no towels, there’s plenty but wash them yourself. There’s no hand soap or trash bags and a single dishwasher tab. There are TVs in every room but they only work if you screen cast from your own device. There’s plates and pots and pans so it works fine. Also a community pool area that was great, if you get the time to use. The game room was great though as well as the space.”

“David’s home was perfect for our family vacation! Very spacious with a private pool and a wonderful kitchen . There’s multiple stores and restaurants a short drive away which was super convenient. There’s multiple stores only down side is we were hoping to bring our 2 small dogs on this trip and the pet fees were not communicated up until a few days before the trip . We ended up not bringing our furry friends with us . I did search months in advance for our air bnb and specified in our rsvp our dogs , I just wish those fees were communicated sooner . Other than that we had the best stay , very relaxing and private area .”

“WORST WORST experience thus far. This place is unkept, dirty, and has multiple damages throughout the house. Maintenance is extremely poor! The water pressure is low, the bathroom shower does not drain (you stand in pool of water)! The pool is cloudy and dirty. Didn’t even dare swim in it! One of the bathroom lids broken. Door knobs completely fell off! German roaches seen throughout the house!!! The icing on the cake is your car can and will get towed for being even a smidge on the sidewalk. I feel as though the host should provide in the instructions off hand and not in the binder after arrival! DO NOT waste your MONEY and TIME on this place. This is just a business for this host. We just wanted a nice place to celebrate my son’s 15th Birthday. Don’t fall victim to the pictures as it is very misleading!!!”

“First thing first there was hair everywhere the floors were full of dust. the beds was remade with dirty linens cigarettes was behind the bed, the bathrooms had hair everywhere on towels, sinks , tubs , and toilets so the house was not cleaned at all huge disappointment. When I voiced my complaints he sent house keeping to clean the house which they did nothing just sprayed my cleaning supplies that I brought just to smelled like they cleaned, everything was still there. when we went to take a shower we noticed the shower curtain had mold on it when we went to clean the dishes we used. The garbage disposal and dishwasher had mold in it. When we went to wash our clothes it was mold in the washing machine. The dryer had so much lent in it I could made a pillow with it a complete fire hazard. I will never rent his house again, in fact this home do not need to be listed on AirBNB until he get that house together if I could give no star I would. He does give prompt responses thou that’s it”

“Our family had an extremely disappointing experience with this property. While the home is spacious, it is clearly not well maintained. There was a serious roach infestation—anything left on the kitchen counter immediately attracted roaches, and we spent far too much time dealing with them, which is completely unacceptable. In addition, several basic amenities were not working. Some restroom outlets did not function at all, which caused major inconvenience, and multiple shower heads had very poor water pressure. Certain rooms also had a damp, musty odor. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. Due to the cleanliness issues and lack of proper maintenance, we would not stay here again.”

“the place was as described and also looked like the phots. the place is very nice outside furniture and pool wasn't quit up to standards. also the living room TV gave us complication during the entire stay and was told day 2 TV would be switched out for new one and that never happened once I called back I was told that a tec would be out (for a TV power outage problem) on Monday which was the last day of my stay.... my children guest and myself had activities planned that needed use of TV so that did put a dent in a lot of our activities during our stay but overall the place is nice we would recommend”

“Beautiful home but we had some issues. The gas was shut off on arrival on Friday. This was unable to be resolved till Monday. Host did offered use of other homes to shower which was inconvenient and time sensitive but was a challenge. We were forced to use club house for heated pool/hot tub (resort fee to use). After gas was restored, the pool/hot tub pump was apparently not working correctly per pool maintenance team so we once again did not a heated pool/hot-tub. We also had issues with WiFi working (needed for school and work). Difficulty with management company: lack of communication/not answering concerns about wifi and pool. We placed many phone calls and text messages without a response nor resolution of our concerns. The home is beautiful both in layout and location but the problems we had this week have definitely impaired our vacation. We have been in contact with host concerning this issues and for reimbursement of the fees paid for heated pool/hot tub (unresolved).”
