“We had a nice stay at the house. It was not a luxurious as presented in the pictures but it was still clean. There were a couple of issues which we discussed with the rental agency. When we arrived there were 2 dead frogs in the pool and we later saw cockroaches in the house. The issues were addressed by 88 holes however it was a bit disconcerting. The neighborhood is very nice and the community pool and water park was a nice touch. The house could be stocked a bit better. We had to request additional dish cloths and as we were only provided with one and we were almost out of toilet paper. There were some other basics is missing that we have seen in other rentals (salt, pepper, coffee etc.). It was also odd that there was a charge to use the BBQ. We asked for a slightly later checkout which was denied despite there not being any bookings for 2 days after we left. House is functional but did not seem like a vacation home.”
