“Review of Our Stay The home itself was very spacious and comfortable, which was great for our group of 16. We had plenty of room, and the layout made it easy for everyone to enjoy the space. Unfortunately, several issues affected our stay. We encountered roaches early in the trip. The company did send someone out to spray, but the problem continued throughout our stay, which was frustrating and concerning. The pool light also didn’t work for most of the trip. With children who wanted to swim at night, this was a big disappointment and limited how much we could enjoy the pool. On top of that, the community experienced a loss of water pressure and a boil-water advisory. The hosting company never reached out to check on us or alert us about what was happening. We had to learn about it from someone else, which is unacceptable when you have 16 people needing to shower and rely on safe water.
