“Wonderful huge house for a big group. The themes rooms and attached bathrooms to most of them were so wonderful! However, the host could do a better job of providing excess supplies for the guests. 1 towel per person is not enough when there are also not enough pool towels to go around. No washcloths provided. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels. And no kitchen staples like salt and pepper or oil, so plan ahead.”

“The host’s communication was prompt, but the response time to resolving the issues was inadequate. During our five-day stay, our problems were not addressed until the fourth day, which was disappointing. Overall, the property was satisfactory, but the value for money was not met. I anticipated better service. Notably, the upstairs remotes lacked batteries, the rug in the living room frequently shifted, causing tripping hazards, and my toes sustained a tear from an exposed nail on the threshold of the upstairs bedroom flooring. Wi-Fi connectivity was intermittent throughout our stay, which is beyond their control, so I understand. I believe this may have contributed to the front door’s inability to lock properly. Consequently, we had to leave our door unlocked, hoping for the best. Additionally, the movie theater screen did not align with the wall guides. Regarding the location and amenities, the resort offered a roof over our heads but would not book again personally for our group.”

“Our stay started off well, but the last night completely changed our experience. We initially saw one baby roach and didn't think much of it. However, the night before checkout, roaches started appearing throughout the house, including one that came out of my daughter's shoe. We spent the evening finding and photographing multiple roaches and had to move all of our luggage to the car to avoid bringing them home. The host responded quickly that night and said pest control and management would prioritize the issue, but it's now been several days since checkout and we've received no follow-up or resolution. We also found that the upstairs bedrooms had little to no air conditioning, and the fan in the closet suggested this was a known issue. Had it not been for the roaches and AC problems, we would have recommended this stay. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it to other families.”

“Review of Our Stay The home itself was very spacious and comfortable, which was great for our group of 16. We had plenty of room, and the layout made it easy for everyone to enjoy the space. Unfortunately, several issues affected our stay. We encountered roaches early in the trip. The company did send someone out to spray, but the problem continued throughout our stay, which was frustrating and concerning. The pool light also didn’t work for most of the trip. With children who wanted to swim at night, this was a big disappointment and limited how much we could enjoy the pool. On top of that, the community experienced a loss of water pressure and a boil-water advisory. The hosting company never reached out to check on us or alert us about what was happening. We had to learn about it from someone else, which is unacceptable when you have 16 people needing to shower and rely on safe water. “I would not recommend this Airbnb to anyone. From the moment we arrived, there were several issues that made our stay disappointing. First, there was broken glass scattered along the walkway leading to the front door. My dog almost stepped on it, which was a serious safety hazard. Next, the trash bin by the entrance had a strong, unpleasant odor that was noticeable as soon as we got out of the car. When we entered the home, we noticed that the door trim was missing, leaving gaps where insects and bugs could easily get inside. The dishwasher was extremely dirty and appeared as though it had not been cleaned before our arrival. Additionally, the mattresses had noticeable yellow stains, which made them appear unsanitary. Overall, the property is old, worn down, and not well maintained. It did not meet the standards we expected based on the listing, and I do not believe it is worth renting. I have photos documenting all of these issues.”

“Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations. The home appeared to be poorly maintained, with dirty rugs, carpets, and walls throughout. The pool area had loose bricks, and the jacuzzi was not working during our stay, which was disappointing given the amenities advertised. While the management team was responsive to our messages, we did not feel our concerns were taken seriously. No accommodations or efforts were made to address the issues or improve our experience despite the problems we encountered. Overall, the property needs better upkeep and attention to detail. Based on our experience, it did not provide the level of cleanliness, maintenance, or guest service we expected.”

“Contacted them about the game room and they had very bad communication and the game room door was locked for the 2days out of the 4days we were there i also reached out multiple times about it. also woke up w a lil bug next to me.”

“The place was very dirty when we got there. Almost all the door frames had dust on top of them, cob webs in corner that were noticeable to the naked eye, grease on lights above stove that had bugs stuck in them that we ended up having to take care of, a chicken nugget was left behind the TV stand that we have no idea how long was there, and garbage was left outside in the trash bin and was never taken care of upon our arrival and was never taken care of while we were there. We ended up having to cancel our stay because there was a shooting a block away from the Airbnb and the cleanliness of the Airbnb just turned us away as well. The host wasn’t willing to give us any money back and only offered to send somebody in to clean and we were not willing to have someone come in as we weren’t comfortable because all of our belongings were inside and we didn’t wanna have to leave the Airbnb for more time and thought it should have been done right the first time. Would not recommended this place”

“This stay was very disappointing. At first glance, the home appeared clean, but that quickly changed when it was time for bed. When we pulled back the sheets, there was hair and the bedding was clearly unclean. All of towels provided were damp, and there were no washcloths available. I have small children, so this was a major inconvenience. I had to leave and go to my mother’s house just to get clean towels and washcloths. Overall, this experience was unacceptable and did not meet basic cleanliness standards.”
