“I was traveling solo with my two kids from a wedding 30 mins north in ft myers and decided to spend a night in Sanibel while down there. The property is managed by a company which means they are not flexible, they shifted check in at time of booking from 3 pm to 4pm which was too late with little kids. We arrived the same time as the maids at 3pm and couldn’t get in earlier. Check out was at 10 am which is ridiculous for such a late check in time - no value on one night stay just go to a hotel for the price. Unit doesn’t come with any water or filter just two coffee pods. Lots of beach supplies. Bring your own coffee creamer. Condo is newer and clean. Ghost ants seem to be a problem if you drop any food on the ground. Response time from mgmt group was quick. Didn’t care for lock it was hard to tell if it was locked but did have a chain which was good since was solo Beds were comfortable”

“Great community, excellent location, unit in desperate need of full up renovation. Looks like decades of renting with little to no repairs nor upgrades. Bare minimum to keep profits coming in seems to be the standard. From stained and worn out carpets to broken tiles, non smart tvs, uncomfortable, tiny, low beds and old shower heads with one setting spraying everywhere and shower door that won't close. List continues but you should get the idea. Recommend not renting until fully renovated.”

“Was a very nice condo a few suggestions the tv remote was broke buttons were missing an needed replaced had to use the buttons on TV to get it to work also the light switches for rooms do not work you have to finically go to lamp an turn switch for lights so those need addressed either than that very nice place close to beach we had a great time an would recommend anyone to stay there”
