“The condo was well kept. My family and I enjoyed the views of the Gulf from our balcony. The complex was easy to get into and out of. The pool area and Beach access were amazing.”

“We enjoyed staying at the property, everything was very nice and it was peaceful in this area and beautiful beach. Being early in the season the pool was quite cold and we did not use it, it would have been nice to have it heated. The unit itself was nice and had plenty of dished and utensils to use. We would visit again”

“Dresser in master downstairs was junk - drawers only opened 1/4 of the way, bath sink down very slow to drain, vanity in bathroom down was in operable, the handles pulled off on the bottom drawer and the others were not useable. Need a new couch - it also smelled, washer did not work - I went and bought laundry soap as there was none provided - turned it on and it would never start - I tried 3 times. I had to take my clothes full of laundry detergent home in a garbage bag. The hood vent over stove is out of code - my husband banged his head on it more than once. Not well appointed at all. The back yard is a muddy sand pit with 0 grass. Leaves and branches everywhere concrete pavers are heaving and frankly dangerous. 1 roll of toilet paper was provided and 1 roll of cheap paper towels. No soap in upstairs bathroom and the light bulbs need replaced in the upstairs shower/toilet room. privacy blinds on glass sliding door, Carpet going upstairs was filthy. Misleading pictures”
