“This house is AMAZING! Took a trip with 5 friends and 2 dogs and this home was perfect. Whether you’re travelling with a family – or a group of friends – you won’t find a better location on Pensacola beach. Some highlights of the home included: 3 Oceanfront bedrooms with sliders to the deck Full wall of windows in the Dining room with incredible views Expansive deck with amazing views – variety of seating options 2nd family/sitting room Sugar sand beach Outdoor shower and foot wash to remove the sand Every kitchen utensil imaginable – 2 coffee makers (most small appliances and utensils are BRAND NEW) We can’t say enough about this home. It had very few reviews when we booked so had an air of uncertainty when reserving it – it did not disappoint but exceeded all our expectations. Travelling with two pups on the trip – I walked a lot of the neighborhood around the house and wouldn’t have traded this rental for any other on the beach. Laura, the host, was awesome!”

“We had a wonderful week here! The location was perfect—right on the beach with easy walkway access, yet peaceful and just far enough from the busiest part of town. We rented a golf cart to get around, and The Local, just a block and a half away, was convenient for coffee, sandwiches, and necessities. The house was clean, modern, charming, and exceptionally well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, kids’ toys, beautiful dishes, and everything needed for a family dinner. The management company was also very responsive and made the process easy and stress-free. For families with young children, note that the interior stairs to the garage are ungated, and the screened porch door didn’t latch completely. We blocked both areas with chairs. Construction next door was also occasionally disruptive when using the outdoor space. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely return!”

“Great little condo that was very quiet and close to the beach. The small pool was right outside the balcony with easy access. Could see the kids from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Absolutely lovely house and very easy to see the beach from the front porch! It was in a great location - extremely close to the beach, but private enough, too. The pool was great, the outdoor seating was nice, and the house was spacious enough for six adults and four kiddos. The host was responsive and helpful too. It was a wonderful beach stay! Thank you!”

“The place was enormous with plenty of space for 3 families. Walking distance to the beach, great private pool. On the downside it’s not conveniently located to any big chain stores. Furniture is very outdated and needs to be replaced. Host was very responsive and addressed a request I made fast. Recommendations to the owner of this place to get the living room furniture replaced. The sofas sink in almost to the floor when we sat down on them. This might be a liability issue if someone gets injured.”
