“Great place. You don’t fully know how peaceful it is till you get there. Amazing neighborhood, great neighbors too. All the streets are very clean, no noises at night and very close to the beach (10min walk). Swimming pool cleaners also very friendly and great pool to enjoy the sun there. Smart TV to have your music playing while on the pool too. Very good experience there, will come back if I’m in the area again.”

“The house was okay overall. We really appreciated the early check-in, and the owners were very responsive. We did have an issue with the AC the first night during a Florida heat advisory. A technician came out that evening, but the bunk room remained very hot, and he also discovered there was no AC filter, which was never replaced during our stay. The pool could also use more maintenance, the bottom needed cleaning, and there appeared to be a leak that required us to refill it daily. The house could use some updating, and the pool and general maintenance could use more attention to make the stay more comfortable for future guests.”

“The Airbnb was nice overall and we had a comfortable stay. The location was convenient and the space itself was good. However, I do think the cleanliness could have been better, as there were a few areas that needed more attention. To the host's credit, he was responsive and willing to send his team over to address the cleaning concerns, which we appreciated. We also noticed that some of the dining chairs were loose and could use some tightening or maintenance. Aside from those minor issues, everything else went well. Overall, a decent stay with a responsive and accommodating host, with just a few areas that could be improved.”

“We were unable to access the property. They asked us to come back once the issue was fixed, however, that was not a good solution for us (we didn’t want to further interrupt our limited time in the area by moving to another location with two dogs).”
