“Very clean”

“The host was very responsive and communicated quickly throughout our stay, and the home was spacious with fairly comfortable beds. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. The home did not feel thoroughly clean, and the walls and baseboards appeared worn and in need of repainting. We also encountered bugs inside the home and experienced a significant AC issue that caused water to flood inside the house. The front door keypad appeared to have a failing battery, making entry unpredictable, and we were temporarily locked out. Although the hosts provided the lockbox code as a backup, the keys did not properly open the door and became stuck in the lock. For a two-week stay, there were not enough paper products, such as paper towels, and there were no welcome amenities or basic toiletries that are commonly provided in many Airbnb rentals. “Great location, had all the necessary amenities including beach accessories which was great. Very quiet on weekdays.”

“Awesome stay! It’s is an older condo and could use some fixture updates in the bathrooms but overall, a comfy and clean place to stay. The beach is dog friendly and only about a 5 minute walk to the sand through the complex. One of the three pools is just a few steps away! Would definitely return!”

“Overall our stay was good, there was a minor inconvenience of having no bath towels our first night there. They did communicate promptly when I inquired about the lack of towels but were not able to have towels delivered to us around 11:00 the next day. They gave us a small credit for the inconvenience. After that initial hiccup, we did enjoy the rest of our stay.”
