“I have never had a worse check in experience.. the photos are not the apartment you get.. there was no mention that parking is $80-$100 a day. My room was not ready for check in and host forgot to take my room key to the front desk I had to wait 2.5 hours and call 5-6 times to be taken seriously . I was hung up on by the host when communicating my frustrations of the check in .”
