“The house is rustic but clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay. We were there for two nights for the University of Florida graduation weekend. The Red Awning Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They sent out three different check in times and couldn't give me a clear answer of which one was correct for more than two days. They use AI to respond to your messages and then tried to charge an extra $186 for an early check in. (One hour early) If you're looking for a clean place to hold a lot of people this is your spot. The wilderness around the house is very pretty and the birds in the morning make sipping coffee on the porch or deck very peaceful.”

“The home was beautiful and big enough for our big family. I was quiet and peaceful, you could hear the owls in the morning and see deer! It was close enough to everything but far enough for privacy. The hosts were kind and very communicative. I would stay here again and again! Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay.”
