“We paid for an oceanfront 16th floor high rise with a balcony overlooking the ocean. We instead had to agree to go to a beach house 5 minutes away from the ocean. It was a big inconvenience!! We were only refunded $300. In total I paid around 2700.00 for beachfront and ended up not getting beachfront!! I realize the ac going out was out of the host hands however when asked for compensation for the inconvenience it was also denied. The beach house was nice, just not what we wanted!”

Also, the free tickets for activities and beach chairs that came with the room were very handy. We used lots of the free tickets for activities that made it well worth the money. My family and I had a great time and would definitely stay there again in the future!”
