“I have been staying at Pinnacle Port for over 20 years now. I am never disappointed in the area. It is my favorite place. However, I do stay in different condos with different owners and companies and some are better than others. Four Star was excellent! The communication from them was unmatched and made the whole process easy. I have had a few glitches over the years with getting the parking pass and getting in the gate but the process has been streamlined with the QR code and it was flawless. We even had a slight hiccup with a toilet issue (things they have no control over happening) and they handled it so quickly and easily that it didn't hinder our experience at all. I would definitely book with them again.”

“This is the most spacious condo we've ever stayed in. The bedrooms are pretty large and the master is over the top. The beds seem comfortable and the rooms are pretty well appointed. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the necessities to make our stay more enjoyable. The views of the Gulf are amazing from the enormous balcony. The only negative thing we as a family all agreed on was the living room furniture is very worn out. The couches are miserably uncomfortable and nearly impossible to get off of because they sink in so much. Other than that, this was a great place to stay.”
