“Loved the house! Perfect for our 2 families! Could have fit another family! Right by the beach! Could use more linens! Other than that I loved my stay here.”

“We paid for an oceanfront 16th floor high rise with a balcony overlooking the ocean. We instead had to agree to go to a beach house 5 minutes away from the ocean. It was a big inconvenience!! We were only refunded $300. In total I paid around 2700.00 for beachfront and ended up not getting beachfront!! I realize the ac going out was out of the host hands however when asked for compensation for the inconvenience it was also denied. The beach house was nice, just not what we wanted!”

“We stayed in room 2103 at Sunrise Beach resort and we absolutely loved it. The listing was as advertised. Also, the free tickets for activities and beach chairs that came with the room were very handy. We used lots of the free tickets for activities that made it well worth the money. My family and I had a great time and would definitely stay there again in the future!”

“We’ll start off by saying the oceanfront view makes the whole trip worth it. A few things to note. We only got 2 packs of dishwashing pods - for a total of 5 nights, I don’t see where that would be enough for anyone. We received no dish soap or scrubbie. There are also no coffee filters, salt or pepper which I believe to be very basic items that would be annoying to have to purchase for a relatively short trip. There are also no pool towels. Perhaps these things were stated somewhere in the annoying check in documentation but it doesn’t take away from the inconvenience. Some of the beds and couch were sandy from previous guest. Unfortunately we didn’t get the best weather during the stay which led to pool closure. Safety first I understand but towards the end of the storm the sun was shinning and we got kicked out of the pool.. I messaged the host and they explained that was a resort issue. Would have been nice to have received support. Hope this feedback helps improve your service :)”

“The elevators were terrible. Having to wait long periods and then they would skip your floor. Condo was a little smaller than expected.”

“Very enjoyable stay for my family of 5. I loved that you had other travelers as well as locals right next door for friend making on vacation! The complex had plenty of amenities such as 3 separate pools, tennis and mini golf. However you will need to bring your own supplies. The complex does not have tennis rackets or golf clubs to provide for visitors. The only thing I really didn’t like about my stay was having to buy wristbands separately through the complex office to access these amenities rather than having them included with the rental agreement. (Felt like we were paying twice to stay here) but they are affordable and the company itself compensates for it with free admissions to local activities. we mostly came for the beach so we did not use those perks. overall great place. Welcoming and accommodating. Fours stars for four star condominium rental services!”

“The inside was nice and the host communicated very well. Upon check in I let the property management team know about trash bags someone left in the main corridor walkway and was told they would have maintenance take care of it. 7 days later trash was still there with raccoons rummaging through it. I feel this is more a property management issue and. or the hosts issue. There were a few maintance issues inside I relayed and they were fixed within 24 hours. I felt the property management team however was not active in fixing outside issues. It felt like "not my monkey not my zoo" attitude from them. I would include in the listing that amenities are there however, you have to bring all your own items with you to use any of them. Mini golf (check) balls and clubs (not available) billiards (check) balls and stick ( not available) I feel if you list them as amenities items to use such amenities should be available. just my opinion.”
