“Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing Airbnb experiences I’ve had. We stayed for eight nights, and problems started immediately. The gate access address provided was incorrect, so we had to figure out how to enter the property ourselves after trying multiple entrances. We booked this home specifically for the heated pool and paid extra for it, but the heater never worked during our stay. I contacted management every day, but the issue was never resolved. Communication was frustrating, and staff seemed unfamiliar with the property, repeatedly telling me to “turn on the spa” even though there was no spa connected to the pool. The home also had maintenance issues, including a noisy master bedroom fan, uncomfortable mattress, and unpleasant carpet odor. To make matters worse, after requesting a refund for the pool heater issue, I received a message asking for a five-star review to help increase visibility for their listings, yet my refund request has gone unanswered.”

“Overall, I had a good stay. The place was very clean and looked just like the photos. Check-in was smooth overall and the host communicated well throughout. The location was great—it’s in a very nice, gated neighborhood with security, so we felt very safe the whole time. The home itself was comfortable and well kept. Everything was spotless, which stood out the most. There were a few minor issues. The front door was a bit tricky at first—you have to pull it while it’s unlocking, which wasn’t very clear, but we eventually got the hang of it. The door also opened on its own a couple times. The hot tub wasn’t heated unless you paid extra, which wasn’t very clear upfront, and the house alarms went off twice during our stay for no reason. They eventually turned off, but it was a bit inconvenient. Aside from those things, everything else was solid and I’d still recommend the place.”
