“Overall, the Airbnb was nice, and we enjoyed our stay. We would consider staying here again in the future. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, communication regarding the Wi-Fi and other questions could have been more timely, and there were quite a few house rules. Getting through the gate was also confusing, with heavy backup entering the resort. We also noticed some maintenance issues, including stained areas, damaged carpet, and a broken drawer that were not disclosed before check-in. While we understood the 10 a.m. checkout policy, it felt a little uncomfortable seeing the host waiting outside right at checkout time. Overall, it's a nice property, but better communication and more transparency about existing issues would improve the guest experience.”

“The property overall is beautiful. It’s a huge subdivision (multiple actually) that has a lot of amenities although my schedule didn’t allow me to take part of it. Be mindful the location is a bit far from Orlando, due to traffic. Love the layout of the townhouse and the overall decor. There were a few minor improvements needed (rip in upstairs hallway carpet, closet doors off track, no batteries in remote for living room ceiling fan…which made it inoperable, etc.) but overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Would definitely return and recommend.”
