“Our stay was awesome. Only a few hiccups. We were only given like 10 face towels for a 3 night stay with 24 people. Host responded quickly and had more towels delivered but still no face towels. Only hand towels and big dry towels. One of the kids laid on one of the princess beds and it immediately fell in the corner. My husband was able to fix it back for it to be slept on. Last night if stay the refrigerator started leak and the water didn’t get as hot as it had been all weekend. Overall though the stay was great. We’re a go with the flow type of family so little things like that does not ruin our vacation. Location was not too far from theme parks however plan for traffic!!!! No traffic close by the neighborhood but definitely a lot of traffic the closer you get to the parks. I would love to book with this host again and I would also recommend to others.”

“We were moved to this home the day before check-in after being told our original rental was no longer available. Unfortunately, our stay was filled with issues. The downstairs A/C didn’t work the first night, forcing my elderly aunt to get a hotel due to the heat. The gate QR codes didn’t work and the only way in was through a broken gate. The oven and dryer didn’t work, so we had to buy pizza and later use a laundromat. The Wi-Fi was spotty, several TV remotes didn’t work, one sink was clogged, there was no trash bin and multiple items were broken, including a bed, light fixture, blinds and game room equipment. The pool’s chlorine was so strong it burned the kids’ eyes. The home also needed a deeper cleaning, with stained carpets, ants in one bathroom, limited cookware, and missing basic supplies like extra toilet paper. The home is spacious, but it needs significant maintenance and better quality control before future guests arrive.”

“If it could be broke it was broke in this house. Doors that wouldn’t lock. Microwave didn’t work. Sliding glass door wouldn’t lock. Oven barely worked, never got up to actual set temp. Refrigerator shelves were slanted with any weight put on them. Garage dryer destroyed the one load of clothes we put in it.Paid for heated pool for the week and it wasn’t turned on until 3rd day. Dirty carpets and floors, just subpar cleaning overall.Waited 45 min after check-in time to get in house. I think there were maybe 4-5 towels in a house that sleeps 20 ppl. I’m not one to complain about much and this may be the first negative review I’ve wrote for anything ever but for the money this place is not worth it. The only real positive was the resort pool area.”
