“First things first, this rental was not the one we had originally booked. Our booking was changed nearly 2 hours before our check in. Which was very inconvenient especially since we had our (2) 3-years old. To get to the community was somewhat of a challenge after the first night since they changed the check in locks/scanners overnight and none of it was mentioned to us until I reached out. Nevertheless the townhouse is very spacious and the pool was awesome.”

“I NEVER write a bad review! And I hope nobody takes this badly. Whoever is in charge of cleaning is NOT doing a great job. Several dishes were dirty,dry food still on utensils and pots. Stains on upstairs sheets. Housekeeping has to know just because the dishes are picked up that they still need to check them to make sure their clean for next guest. Upstairs air NEVER got cold the entire stay. My husband tried to reset it, thinking it would help but never cooled off so we just turnt it off. Later we figured out unit must have froze up or something because there was a wet puddle on the floor looks like something was leaking from walls so I did notify the host, no reply. I put several towels down so my grandkids wouldn’t slip. Finally bedroom near pool door had no towels except 1 we had to go in other rooms and split them,thankfully we always provide our own incase. I honestly think housekeeping needs to do a better job! A refund of some sort,should be considered. I would rent again also”

“Matters-Hoilstays Disney’s cancelled 2 hours before check-in with an email. I think a phone call would have been a better heads-up on a 7 day reservation.”
