“The rules stated we could keep the air-conditioning at 70. But it was preset at 75 and we had to continually turn it down which would only keep it down to 72 for a few hours at a time. There were no dish towels or washed rags for the kitchen so we had to go to the store and purchase these things. There were not enough bath towels for all of us to use. The dryer was broke when we got there we got a hold of Luis and didn’t hear anything right away, so we eventually pulled it out and fixed it ourselves in order to have a dryer. There were nails coming up out of the floor going down the stairs in a couple of the family members did cut their foot on them. The patio door would only open and shut part of the time it would constantly get hung up and would not work properly. Luis did send someone over to work on it and they said they needed a part and never showed back up that was on the first day we were there.”

“We spent about two weeks at this location. It is very close to the pool with water slides, but the large circular pool and lazy river are a short drive away. The condo was nice and clean. We did have a hiccup with the A/C on the first day, but Luis had a tech out to fix it the next morning. The QR scan system to get through the gate can be slow; we learned to place QR code under the scanner and to the far left for quickest entry. The condo had just received 3 new counter chairs, the beds were comfortable. In one bathroom the towel hanger was missing and the other upstairs bathroom was missing a toilet paper holder...minor issues. The kitchen was nice. We did purchase a few pans, cooking utensils that we left for future guests. The back patio furniture was nice and the pool (although a bit chilly) did get used. Truly, it was a bit loud given everything is stucco/cement but most neighbor/guests were quiet between 11p and 8a. Overall we enjoyed our extended stay!”
