“The home is in a great neighborhood with a nice community pool, and the area itself was one of the highlights of our stay. However, there were several issues with the condition and upkeep of the property that impacted our experience. One disappointment was that no pool towels were provided. Since we were flying in for vacation, we didn’t pack our own towels, and when I asked the host about using the house towels for the pool, I was told not to. The home has huge potential, but it doesn’t appear to be well maintained. The smoke detector in the upstairs hallway was missing entirely, leaving exposed wires hanging from the ceiling, and a can light in the same hallway was also hanging down by wires. The bed sheets in my daughter’s room had a large yellow stain, and throughout the home there were noticeable stains and gouges on the walls and baseboards, along with broken door frames and damaged door slides.”

“El departamento súper cómodo y bien equipado, lo único la entrada principal al complejo no teníamos código para acceder directamente, habían presenta un id cada vez que ingresábamos”

“Luis’s place was as beautiful, modern, and clean. The movie room was a hit with the kids and family. The furniture was comfortable. The game room with a pool table and Xbox was also a fun place for the kids. We didn’t feel cramped at all. Kitchen was clean and modern. As instructed, bring extra dish soap/paper towels/detergent/toilet paper. Host could have been more responsive. Not sure what the issue was. Overall It didn’t affect our stay and we were fine. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.”

“If I can give this place negative stars, i would. Upon arrival, there was a raccoon going through the trash bin which was right infront of the house entrance. Then there were multiple wasp hives at the door entrance. The house has a musky smell. The slide is very unsafe and is actually a hazard since the support leg was broken. The carpet in that kids room is disgusting. When you look at the house initially, it seems clean but after a long day of flying in, grocery shopping and settling in, we found that the beddings were all dirty. There were stains everywhere. The bedsheets had hair and stains that i dont want to know where it came from. Bedframes are dusty. Dead bugs all in the king suite room. If they had truly came and cleaned they would have saw that and sweeped it up. The wifi wasnt listed and the whole house has 0 connection. So wifi was definitely necessary. We expressed this and never received a reply from Luis. We had to find different accomodations at 3am. All 17 people.”

“Loved the flexible check out Pool was small and no remotes for a lot of the rooms Game system hard wear was not there couldn’t play it or charger for remotes . The outlets in game room wasn’t working the dryer wasn’t working so had to go wash our cloths and dry at a laundry Matt . For amount we paid the gas for grill should be included.”

“A casa é ótima e com vários itens essenciais para a estadia. A localização é ótima e o condomínio é muito agradável. A piscina é muito boa e a churrasqueira funcionou perfeitamente. A limpeza estava ótima e os itens básicos deixados na casa ajudam bastante para os primeiros dias Faço duas observações importantes: - A comunicação com Luís não é fácil, as vezes demora demais para dar um retorno e as vezes nem retorno ele dá, sentimos falta de um anfitrião mais presente para responder nossas dúvidas e resolver os problemas. - Em duas ocasiões entraram na nossa casa para fazer manutenção e não fomos informados em nenhum momento pelo anfitrião, o que nos deixou bastante chateadas e inseguranças visto que todas as nossas coisas estavam expostas na casa.”

“Rentamos 14 dias la casa de Luis, llegamos y nos encontramos con un comedor con 4 sillas para un casa habilitada para 13 personas, la casa señala que incluia parrilla, pero no se podia utilizar no tenia gas, ahi debes sumar otro costo, la licuadora mala, algunos fusibles de luz sueltos y en algunas partes quedabas sin luz, debias ir a moverlos para solucionar esto, nunca en 14 dias obtuvimos internet no existia la internet indicada en bienvenida, Luis jamas intento resolver esto, todos los tv funcionan con roku asi que esta amenidad tampoco se podia usar ya que no habia internet, tuvimos que recurrir a contratar bolsas de internet lo que elevo nuestro costos. Anfitrion pesimo, en 14 dias solo soluciono la licuadora despues de 10 dias ofrecio retirarme y realizar devolucion de los 4 dias restantes, la verdad a esa altura mis costos ya se habian elevado ademas movilizar una familia de 9 con niños tampoco es facil, al final todo lo canalice con airbnb, ya que Luis responde cuando quiere”

“Pool heater only heated the pool 2 days all other dsys it was cold and heater never came on and we paid extra to heat the pool Disappointed children and young adults. Should refund us it was not working most days except 2. House was always cold no temperature chsnge ever.”
