“Other than the refrigerator situation and the door handle to the pool everything was nice. No one responded”

“The cottage was beautiful, clean and spacious. Beds were really comfortable, showers ran nice and warm, and the a/c kept the house cool. The property was close to all the parks and close to pharmacies, restaurants and other stores( basically everything was at our fingertips). We had one small inconvenience with the washer and dryer not working and our host wasn’t very helpful but airbnb stepped in and we came to solution. Overall it was worth the stay and would recommend it.”

“The house was nice! The carpet and couches could use a shampoo but overall, very nice home. We had an issue with the air working. I reached out to the host and he was very communicative and sent someone over the next day. They said it was fine and it was not. It got over 83 degrees inside and was still that hot at 2AM and beyond. Another tech came the day we were checking out and confirmed a part needed to be replaced on both units and I was correct that it was broken. Also, the seal in the fridge was broken so our food spoiled since the door would not close and we got high temp warnings. It beeped all night since the door was open. If they get those issues fixed, this would be a 5 star property.”

“This is a beautiful home in a great location, but It was a little farther than I had anticipated, due to what we had planned. Having a Publix nearby was very convenient. The only downside was that the home wasn’t as clean as expected upon our arrival. We found hair on the floors, in the bed, and in the bathroom. As a result, I swept and vacuumed the house on the first day and made sure everything was clean again before my family and I checked out. Overall, despite the cleanliness issue, my family and I truly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful vacation.”
