“Dennis was very quick to respond to messages and the house was exactly as described. The house was super clean and the starter amenities were more than what I'm used to getting. Small touches like providing salt & pepper, coffee supplies, cooking spray, 2 toilet tissue rolls per bathroom, trash bags, and 2 paper towel rolls lasted us the whole stay. We spent most of our time at the Universal parks and we weren't there all day long, but it was enough to last us for our 5 night stay. The house was super clean. The only thing I didn't know about the house was that it was 3 story, but we really enjoyed being able to park right in front of the townhouse. It was a super convenient drive to the Universal parks that we visited, especially Epic Universe. Definitely recommend Dennis as a host and the Vista Cay Resort!”

“Place was a beautiful home. The reason why it was not rated higher was due to the issues we had once we arrived. First and foremost the HVAC on the 2nd floor was not working at all. 85-87 degrees at check in. The upstairs was not habitable. It was finally resolved after hours of text messages and emails at 0230. The rooms didn’t get cool till 0630. The maintenance man they sent initially did not speak English well and could have caused much more damage due to not knowing what he was doing. The host did refund the 1st night including the cost of the pool heat that was never turned on. Place was nice and fit our needs, but the management were awful to deal with all the issues. I would hope the company uses this critique as not an attack but as a learning opportunity.”

“The place was just as described, but the interior was dirty—something that surprised us, since we had booked two days in advance. When we arrived, we found many dead flies in the bedroom and parts of the living room... a very unpleasant welcome, and we had to clean it up ourselves.”
