“We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the spaciousness and layout of the home. We’d like to offer a few suggestions that could improve the experience for future guests. We recommend adding ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The master bedroom downstairs is much warmer than the rest of the house. Since the AC temperature is controlled, the home occasionally felt warmer than comfortable. Fans would provide another way to regulate the temperature, especially for guests with medical reasons for needing a cooler environment. There were fewer hair dryers than bathrooms, so having one in each bathroom would be helpful. We also experienced occasional issues with the resort gates when entering and exiting. Sometimes they worked fine, while other times we had trouble getting through. Overall, we appreciated the home and hope this feedback is helpful. These improvements could make an already nice property even more comfortable for future guests.”

“The house needs some renovations and better maintenance. The sofa is torn and in pretty bad condition. For such a large house, the kitchen is also not very well equipped. There are only small pots and pans, and the plastic plates are peeling, and in poor condition. The stove and the cabinet above the stove was extremely dirty from all the grease. The broil was not working. The coffee maker also didn’t have the right-size carafe. We had to improvise. I also found online that the community allows up to 6 cars, while the listing only mentioned 5. I asked the host for help contacting the community management to confirm this, but it took almost three weeks and I kept being told there was no answer. I ended up finding the management office’s phone number myself and called them directly. They cleared up my question in less than 10 minutes, and I was even able to request approval for an extra car. The house has a lot of potential, but it definitely needs better care.”
