“This was an excellent location from which to enjoy the beach in Fort Walton. The balcony views great and getting to the beach was easy.”

“It was exactly as pictured: clean with great views. The only con is that you can hear every word from the people staying in the adjoining room connected to the condo. So keep that in mind when booking. It didn't affect us, but it could affect others since they had lots of kids and were very loud at night and in the morning. We would stay again.”

“The location near the beach was convenient, but our overall experience was disappointing. We were three adults and two babies, and the sofa bed had an extremely thin, uncomfortable mattress with no support, causing back pain. The door also jammed for about 20 minutes, preventing us from entering or leaving until someone came to open it. The unit is very old and urgently needs maintenance. Several doors were damaged, some outlets did not work, the microwave was broken, and the blender did not work properly. There were also not enough trash bags for a five-night stay. The Wi-Fi was so slow that I could not connect our baby monitor camera. The property was also under construction, which was not disclosed before booking. We paid $1,078 expecting a clean, functional place suitable for five guests. Although the location was good, we would not stay here again.”

“This was the perfect condo. It was easy to get to and you have your own parking spot under a cover. This helped loading up the kids when it was raining. The inside is a little outdated but for the convenience we were fine with it.”

“Only thing that stood out was a lot of chipped paid on the woodwork that needs a lot of touching up and the light bulbs in the vanity above the bathroom sink has 4 different light bulbs which was a bad look for the money people are paying. Looks like the management were trying to save every nickle instead of buying matching light bulbs.”
