“The location was great for being across the street from the beach with young kids, overall we had an okay dtay but will be looking for a different place the next time. We didn’t get the correct pool code until 48 hours of being there which was pretty infuriating and being on the bottom floor you could hear every movement from those walking above none of us could hardly sleep it was very loud.”

“The location near the beach was convenient, but our overall experience was disappointing. We were three adults and two babies, and the sofa bed had an extremely thin, uncomfortable mattress with no support, causing back pain. The door also jammed for about 20 minutes, preventing us from entering or leaving until someone came to open it. The unit is very old and urgently needs maintenance. Several doors were damaged, some outlets did not work, the microwave was broken, and the blender did not work properly. There were also not enough trash bags for a five-night stay. The Wi-Fi was so slow that I could not connect our baby monitor camera. The property was also under construction, which was not disclosed before booking. We paid $1,078 expecting a clean, functional place suitable for five guests. Although the location was good, we would not stay here again.”

“This place is not worth the wait. Giant Roaches under the couch and kitchen. This home doesn't actually have a dock to fish from as it says it dose. Place is small needs alot of maintenance and the Host dose not Host. Save your money and go elsewhere.”

“We were not made aware of location rules regarding golf carts that cost us $$$$ in rental fees and the place was poorly equipped for a large group of 8 as it says it accommodates. I expect the basics especially when the price is this high. Very disappointed. We’ve stayed in dozens of AirBnbs and I’ve always given 5-stars but this was terrible.”

“Every thing is great except for 2 things 1 a resident or guest I don’t know yelling at my kids because are playing at the pool We don’t use the pool after that because my kids scared of the lady yelling at them again So we don’t use the pool 2 tha lady is being rude and racial towards us every time she sees us Other than that everything else is pretty much perfect Thanks for everything”

“Only thing that stood out was a lot of chipped paid on the woodwork that needs a lot of touching up and the light bulbs in the vanity above the bathroom sink has 4 different light bulbs which was a bad look for the money people are paying. Looks like the management were trying to save every nickle instead of buying matching light bulbs.”

“The area was a peaceful & quiet place to stay in, everything was clean except a couple of small things such as hair on the towels, peanut butter on the toilet paper holder (hopefully) and miscellaneous items such as the outlets in the bathrooms/bedrooms not working when needed. Parking was not so great as to giving a designated parking lot number from the moment of check in, it is obvious those numbers did not matter due to having two other visitors parking in our spot & only a violation was given with no sense of urgency to get them to move. The wooden path from walking to the beach from the condo is extremely hot of course and there was only one shower station available to cool off your feet with. Either way the place was great, just a couple of difficulties bumping into through out the week.”

“Good deal on 4th of July weekend. The checkin and checkout hours are not the best that you can get!”

“Okay stay besides both beds had hair on the pillowcases. Bedding didn't seem to have been washed at all. Overall house cleaning needs improvement. Main bathroom shower fills up with water. No complimentary detergent provided like description said and no under garage parking spot available like host said.”
