“Pelican Isle 209 is a great option for a couple and 2 small children. Excellent location!! The unit itself was sufficient, yet did need some paint up/fix up in a couple places. New coffee pot needed. 4th patio chair needed. Major appliances work great and plenty of hot water!! Easy to get to the beach!”

“Walking in to this condo, we noticed a musty and moldy smell. The furnishings and the condo itself look like an old lady lived there. The couch and recliners were dirty on the arms. The balcony is wonderful with a beautiful view but the furniture is disgusting with stains and the floor of the balcony is gross. The beds were very uncomfortable. We were constantly rolling into the middle of the mattress. We could live with everything else, but the beds need to be comfortable. We loved the screened door for the breeze to blow through. And the balcony was amazing to enjoy sitting and watching the ocean. We loved the beach service being included and we enjoyed the multi showers for rinsing off sand. We also appreciated the fan in the closet. Overall, some updates and a good deep clean would make this condo perfect.”

“Have stayed at this location in another condo that’s 2 bedrooms several times. Chose this one this time around because I only needed one bedroom. Love the location since right on the beach. Can’t give this condo 5 stars since the pillows were horrible (flat and hard) and even though I reached out right away and they acknowledged my concern, they never resolved the issue. Condo was clean and well maintained but limited on kitchen cookware. They only had one small skillet so hard to prepare breakfast. Great location but for the price I expect comfortable pillows. The bar at the pool is ridiculously over priced. So BYOB. Still recommend because of location and cleanliness.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Towers. It was a great deal for the space. The view from the balcony was awesome and the bed was comfortable. The only down sides to this location: 1) Previous water damage from the upstairs unit caused earlier noise one day and we had workers come into our unit. The unit is in decent shape but definitely needs some minor cosmetic repairs. 2) Small parking lot and a lot of the spaces are on an incline which can be difficult for the elderly/disabled. Only 1 elevator on the opposite side of the condo. 3) This condo has some supervisors that really likes to enforce their policy/rules. Not that this is a bad thing but it did feel a little like we were being watched even at the beach. We talked to a few other guests who said the property and residents do not like vacation people. We only had 2 notes given to us, note 1 on the vehicle as we needed to fill out a more informational parking pass and 2 on the door for letting a towel airdry for half a day.”
