We loved our condo. The only bad experience was this morning while trying to pack up the car going back-and-forth from the car to the room our door code was deactivated before the actual check out time of 10am. At approximately 9:40 I tried to get into our room with the code and it would not work. Thankfully, my family was still in the condo so they were able to let me in. On the next trip to take stuff to the car we tried to get back in thinking maybe we put the code in wrong and (this was at 9:53am) we were all locked out. The office was closed but thankfully I found someone in the parking lot who is on the board of directors and he got us in touch with the maintenance person and finally got us back into our room to get our things. I don’t know if this was just a glitch or if you change the codes that early before check out but that is unfair and if we have until 10 AM to be checked out of our room, then the code shouldn’t change until that time.

The wife and I stayed on the beach here and had a really nice experience. Short walk down the beach to the pier. The condo had a lot of amenities we didn’t really take advantage of ( pool, gym, laundry,& pickle ball courts) It was home base for a few short trips to visit relatives and see Blue Angels air show practice in Pensacola

The condo was okay- I would say the owners need to invest in some newer furniture- the wear and tear of the living room space is noticeable. This resort is a great place if you have small children but as someone who doesn’t I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s rule listed in the elevator: no load music speakers in the pool area and no children left unattended under a certain age. Very hard for adults to enjoy the hot tub due to children jumping in and out like it’s a swimming pool while unattended- the adults of these small children were more interested in getting drunk than watching their children. Beach service was nice, location was walking distance to restaurants. I personally will not be visiting waterscape again due to the high volume of uncontrolled children.

The room was nice. The location was nice. And the pools were nice. I was disappointed in paying the same as all the other hotels, but not getting standard amenities. The description for no standard amenities was all the way at the bottom so I didn't see it. Very disappointing for a beachfront hotel not to carry beach towels. Who flys across country packing beach towels in their luggage? Also, I felt at a minimum they should have had coffee for the unit. The small differences would have made all a difference. And I feel like the building itself needs to upgrade the hallways.

When I was communicating initially, I was told there would be no bath or pool/beach towels provided with the condo. Later, when I questioned this, they told me they would provide bath towels - not pool/ beach towels. The communication was very confusing. When we arrived, the condo was clean and very comfortable. They do not allow us to check in early. I have no complaints about the condo or my actual stay.
