Alicia Hollis Rentals reviews in Fort Walton Beach, Florida

“We really enjoyed the beautiful view and the easy beach access, which were definitely the highlights of our stay. The space itself was comfortable and worked well for us. With one bedroom, one bathroom, and a pull-out couch, there was enough room for what we needed. I do think there are a few things that could use some attention. The biggest one was cleanliness. We noticed some mold on the kitchen ceiling, dirty socks left on the floor near the bedroom TV, and what appeared to be a spill or residue on the cabinets. The hairdryer also worked, but was pretty dirty and probably due for a replacement. The Keurig wasn’t working during our stay. We had specifically purchased Keurig pods to bring with us, so that was a little disappointing. There were other coffee makers available, but they were drip coffee makers. The 10:00 AM checkout felt a little early to us, especially since 11:00 AM is more typical for many vacation rentals, but that’s certainly a minor issue compared with the others”

“We had a great time, condo was amazing had everything we needed, perfect weather, clear water, close to beach & pool area, can’t wait to go back next year”

“The condo was clean and welcoming. The view was amazing. The complex was very quiet during the week. Beach access was easy and the condo came with 2 chair rentals and an umbrella. Would definitely come back to the Surf Dweller condos.”

“The condo was great. Great location and the views were amazing”

“Nasty nasty nasty. Do not waste your money on this nasty place. I was grossed out from the start to the end. It looks like it hasn’t been remodeled ever! It’s in really bad shape. Staff didn’t care about complaints of filth. It’s like they were a slumlord.”
