Swanky Vacay in Fort Myers, Florida

“Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property, roomy, comfortable, good neighborhood/location. Called Maintenance a number of times and they responded every time in a timely way, few items didn’t get repaired … dead bolt not working on master bedroom door to pool and an occasional blinking overhead spotlight in the kitchen. We’re returning to this property next year same time, but there are a few items that should be taken care of. The gutters are completely full of debris with trees growing out of them, few times it rained water runs off the roof over debris filled gutters, can cause serious damage to the roof/house over time. Gutters need a thorough cleaning. The kitchen is nice, but there was only 1 teaspoon and we had to buy some more. All the kitchen appliances are new & great, but the kitchen cabinet door plastic overlays are falling apart and the magnet closures are missing or not working. Garage door bent out 3” at bottom and binds/hangs up in middle, excessive force error.”
