“We could go on and on, but in keeping it short….we were extremely happy with our stay! The ease of our entire experience from reserving and checking in, to the convenience of us finding our way to our sons baseball gms- paired with our desire to enjoy the beach….we couldn’t have had it any better. Lastly, while enjoying our stay here, we were impressed by the privacy and relaxation this property provides….WOW! A big thank you goes out to Coastal Properties and their staff for making out stay-simply put….PERFECT!! We would without a doubt make our way back there again! I know I mentioned “keeping it short” but we could go on and on! Thanks again!!”

“We stayed at this house for the month of February and found it to be very comfortable. It is a lovely mid-century home that is spacious and well cared for. The online pictures of this house are very accurate. The location is perfect for getting into downtown Fort Myers or over to either Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel/Captiva. Neighborhood is very nice and pretty quiet which was wonderful after our busy days. The lanai is a standout feature that we greatly enjoyed.”

“Great communication during check-in and checkout. A tablet was left at the property. House cleaning turned it in and coastal had it stored safely in their office. Very appreciative.”
