Excellent experience. The condo was spotless and well stocked. The view is amazing and the location is very convenient.

Extremely disappointed with our stay, although spacious and clean this property had so many things that made our 5-day family vacation disappointing, and although Tri Power did respond to our messages the problems we encountered have not been addressed, here are just a few: pool and hot tub cold for 3 days. Termites in house. Broken chairs by pool, pool slide broken, pool slide rail broken, steps from hot tub to pool broken, no propane in BBQ, lights and fan not working. Insufficient plates silverware etc. I could go on. Such a shame it could be so nice.

Awesome place a short walk from the beach with elevator access to higher floors. End of the island with less busy traffic. Awesome view from balcony. And a short drive to all of the restaurants of FMB

The unit is nice with a wonderful view of the shoreline from the screened in patio. If you like birds this is the place for you. Between the building and the beach there is a large bird sanctuary marked off. To get to the beach it is a bit of a trek across the sand so if you have any mobility issues this may not be the place for you. I walked everyday for the 2 weeks we were here and instead of trekking over the soft sand I went left in front of the condo next door and followed the shoreline just right of the bridge. The pool and pool deck are great and gives you another way to enjoy the views of the beach from the lounge chairs and under large umbrellas if you don’t want to sit in the sun. If it is shelling and swimming in the gulf you want this is not the place to come, you need to walk quite a ways down the beach to find any shells and to be at a spot where you can swim.

Unfortunately, this property did not meet expectations. The location felt unsafe, with homeless individuals staying across the street during our visit. Cleanliness was also a major concern—the toilets were not properly cleaned, there were dead bugs on the floors, and we found hair on the bedding. Due to these issues, we did not feel comfortable staying and chose to leave rather than continue our stay. Additionally, the surrounding area is still heavily impacted by construction from the hurricane a couple of years ago, which affected the overall experience. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property.
