“Very good view Excellent location Very nice apartment”

“Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review. With requiring a week stay, but no accommodation for staying a week. Not enough toilet paper (only had 1.5 rolls), no kitchen sponge, no pepper (did have salt), no paper towels (only 1 roll), etc. The kitchen is rough, cabinets falling apart. Pillows a nightmare, bed wasn’t great. Window in master needs light filtering blinds, due to porch light, had to have an eye mask in order to be able to sleep. Pull out bed has rust on it. For the price these items should be provide and or not acceptable, IMO. Screened porch makes the “beach view” not great, didn’t match listing description. Wash & dryer in master not ideal (runs loud). Very very little hot water, 5 mins of true hot water after just luke warm. I wouldn’t rent again sadly. Location was great though!”

“Extremely disappointed with our stay, although spacious and clean this property had so many things that made our 5-day family vacation disappointing, and although Tri Power did respond to our messages the problems we encountered have not been addressed, here are just a few: pool and hot tub cold for 3 days. Termites in house. Broken chairs by pool, pool slide broken, pool slide rail broken, steps from hot tub to pool broken, no propane in BBQ, lights and fan not working. Insufficient plates silverware etc. I could go on. Such a shame it could be so nice.”

“It was a decent place to stay with young kids except the beds were uncomfortable and there was hair everywhere. They didn’t leave enough of anything for a weeks stay so buy extra toilet paper and garbage bags, as well as a cleaner or wipes! Vacuum provided didn’t work and broom is barely holding on by a thread.”

“Unfortunately, this property did not meet expectations. The location felt unsafe, with homeless individuals staying across the street during our visit. Cleanliness was also a major concern—the toilets were not properly cleaned, there were dead bugs on the floors, and we found hair on the bedding. Due to these issues, we did not feel comfortable staying and chose to leave rather than continue our stay. Additionally, the surrounding area is still heavily impacted by construction from the hurricane a couple of years ago, which affected the overall experience. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property.”

“Great location, walking distance to beach. Nice large house with beautifu lviews. Pool and hot tub was great when we didn't want to go to beach. Unfortunately we weren't told the outdoor elevator didn't work until we tried to us it. The mini amount of shampoo, conditioner and soap was inadequate for 6 people, for a week. Bring your own.”

“Host nor app sent us a code to get into the condo. I had to call. Messages to host were never answered. WiFi password was also not available. Condo was not stocked with dishwasher tabs. Great location, smaller condo than I expected.”

“The house is spacious and clean. Well stocked with provided towels for pool and showers, etc. Kitchens not well equipped to prepare and eat for the large groups. House needs updates and exterior furniture was so rotted away in the legs of many chairs they were not usable. Pool slide did not work and response we got was to use a bucket.”

“In the pictures and descriptions it is offered as a pool home. From the pictures it looks like the pool is right outside the house. There is a pool that the four houses share. And one night the door code did not work and it was after hours so we didn’t get a new code until the next morning.”
