Rosen Vacations reviews in Fort Myers Beach, Florida

“Mai Tai unit 3 was delightful! The unit is as described and pictured and was particularly clean throughout. We loved the living space, bathrooms and kitchen. The 2-story, screened-in pool, hot tub and outdoor living space were wonderful! So nice to have access to the washer and dryer. The neighborhood is fresh following the hurricane with continuing new construction on the street. The walk to the beach was reasonable - it helped to have a wagon provided to take beach items to the beautiful Ft Myers beach! We enjoyed the table and chairs on the screened in lanai. FYI - if you plan to cook in, you will need to provide your own salt, pepper, spices, sugar, coffee, tea and cooking spray. Paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods and laundry soap were provided. Also, bring your own Kleenex.”

“Our family had a fabulous time. The beach is just a short walk away. We enjoyed the caged in pool. This kept the mosquitoes away. Highly recommend staying here.”

“Overall, we were happy with our stay. The house was clean, and the towels and bedding smelled fresh. The beds were comfortable, and we felt at ease; everything needed for a relaxing stay was provided. The gazebo by the pool is very cozy, and the mosquito netting was a great feature.”

“The place was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay overall. There are a few things that could use some attention and improvement, which we already discussed directly with the host. The host was receptive to our feedback, although response times were sometimes a little slow. Hopefully, the few concerns we mentioned will be addressed for future guests. Overall, it was a very nice and comfortable place to stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious, the location was great, and being just a short walk from the beach was a huge plus. We especially enjoyed the pool and ended up having it to ourselves during our stay! There were a few cleaning and maintenance items that could use some attention. The sunroom couch had a few stains, the bathroom sink drained very slowly, the ice maker didn’t work for the first, and the extra pillows had no pillowcases and were noticeably yellowed. We also found a baby rattle left in the shower and goggles in the pool…not a big deal, but they added to the feeling that some things had been overlooked between guests. We didn’t contact Palmer during our stay because none of these issues were significant enough to disrupt our trip or required immediate attention. Overall, we had a great time!”
