“The place was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay overall. There are a few things that could use some attention and improvement, which we already discussed directly with the host. The host was receptive to our feedback, although response times were sometimes a little slow. Hopefully, the few concerns we mentioned will be addressed for future guests. Overall, it was a very nice and comfortable place to stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious, the location was great, and being just a short walk from the beach was a huge plus. We especially enjoyed the pool and ended up having it to ourselves during our stay! There were a few cleaning and maintenance items that could use some attention. The sunroom couch had a few stains, the bathroom sink drained very slowly, the ice maker didn’t work for the first, and the extra pillows had no pillowcases and were noticeably yellowed. We also found a baby rattle left in the shower and goggles in the pool…not a big deal, but they added to the feeling that some things had been overlooked between guests. We didn’t contact Palmer during our stay because none of these issues were significant enough to disrupt our trip or required immediate attention. Overall, we had a great time!”

“Nice for 2 couples had issue with pool and hot tub but was rectified after several days a partial refund was issued. I do feel a faster response and better follow up would have made for a better trip. Everything was as described it was a shared pool and hot tub with several other units so can be loud. Condo was nice and had what was needed for stay. Close to beach and Publix”

“The house is awesome! They had everything you needed to go to the beach including wagons cooler and chairs. The beach is a two minute walk. Loved the front closed in porch to relax! We just loved the place!”
