“We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our little vacation. The location was great, and the house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by the beach. The host was very friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“Stay was primarily ok. Pool dirty ( bottom needed to be scrubbed). Grille didn’t work. That hadn’t been cared for either. Exterior door / door knob filthy. Fake door to rear of unit so no way to exit if fire started at front of unit. Must be in some violation of code. Dishwasher pod unit did not work. Single armchair in living room was disgustingly dirty, uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. . A lot of money to rent for all these deficiencies.”

“The place was AMAZING! New - clean - everything you need. Palmer allowed us to bring our little Shitzu with us. Convenient parking - steps from the beach and restaurants etc. only issue was it sits right behind the back of Lanikai hotel - so lots of noise - not only from the people but also all the maintenance and deliveries occur back there - which was a lot - and every morning when they would empty all the dumpsters the smell was really bad. We spent a lot of time on the beach or walking etc so we weren’t there all day - but mornings and nights were a little rough. Palmer is a great host - and is helping to restore Fort Meyer - I will definitely check out his other rentals.”
