“This was a great place for my family and I to stay for our weeklong vacation. Having six bedrooms and six bathrooms was amazing and made accommodating our group of 14 so much easier. That said, the house was missing a few basic things that would have made our stay more convenient. There were no steak knives, pot holders, or a pizza cutter, and we also didn’t have any trash bags or cleaning spray. This was pretty inconvenient with a group of 14 people, especially when we were expected to keep the house tidy. The management company was responsive and assured us they would provide any additional items we needed. They also had a broom and mop delivered the same day we requested them, which we appreciated. Another inconvenience was that only one bathroom had a bathtub, and the drain stopper didn’t work, which made bath time difficult with young kids. I believe the house could’ve used some maintenance tune-ups throughout. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay.”

“Fantastic place for a family getaway”

“The property is new and in great shape. They provide huge numbers of towels for bath and swimming, as well as a garage full of chairs and toys to keep kids entertained both in the pool and the ocean. Proximity to the beach can't be beat for the price. We enjoyed our stay (9 people) a great deal, and found the five bedrooms more than sufficient for us”

“We specifically filtered for **ENTIRE HOMES** because privacy was our top priority. This property was advertised on Airbnb as an **ENTIRE HOME**, **PRIVATE PARADISE**, and *PRIVATE RETREAT*, but after arriving we discovered it was actually the *UPPER UNIT ONLY* with a *SHARED POOL* shared with the downstairs tenant. On the Airbnb mobile app, this disclosure appeared only after *Show more* , by contrast, the host's website and the corresponding VRBO listing immediately disclose *Upper unit only – Shared pool with downstairs tenant* and describe it as a *private slice of paradise*. Had Airbnb presented the property that way, we would not have booked it. The property also appeared more run-down than the photos suggested, the pool was much smaller and dirty, there was construction behind it, constant traffic noise from Estero Blvd, loud shared laundry at night, and the bathrooms needed maintenance. We contacted Airbnb immediately but lost much of our vacation waiting for a resolution.”
