“Fantastic place for a family getaway”

“The property is new and in great shape. They provide huge numbers of towels for bath and swimming, as well as a garage full of chairs and toys to keep kids entertained both in the pool and the ocean. Proximity to the beach can't be beat for the price. We enjoyed our stay (9 people) a great deal, and found the five bedrooms more than sufficient for us”

“We specifically filtered for **ENTIRE HOMES** because privacy was our top priority. This property was advertised on Airbnb as an **ENTIRE HOME**, **PRIVATE PARADISE**, and *PRIVATE RETREAT*, but after arriving we discovered it was actually the *UPPER UNIT ONLY* with a *SHARED POOL* shared with the downstairs tenant. On the Airbnb mobile app, this disclosure appeared only after *Show more* , by contrast, the host's website and the corresponding VRBO listing immediately disclose *Upper unit only – Shared pool with downstairs tenant* and describe it as a *private slice of paradise*. Had Airbnb presented the property that way, we would not have booked it. The property also appeared more run-down than the photos suggested, the pool was much smaller and dirty, there was construction behind it, constant traffic noise from Estero Blvd, loud shared laundry at night, and the bathrooms needed maintenance. We contacted Airbnb immediately but lost much of our vacation waiting for a resolution.”

“Love how close the house was to the beach and the pool was the best feature of the house. Most of the furniture was noticeable old and the bottom bunk bed fell through and needed to be fixed while we stayed. Overall though I would recommend and stay again.”
