“This is a fantastic rental! Very clean! The management was very friendly! Perfect location! You can walk to food trucks or rent a golf cart to drive around. Bonus points we were able to park in the garage! We just wish we would have known about the next door construction before we booked. The stay on the weekend was perfect and after 5 during the week. Otherwise we couldn’t use the porch because of the noise as well not all windows had curtains so we felt like we were being watched. Will book here again but I’ll ask about construction first!”

“What an amazing property and Collier Global Vacations is top notch! First, the house: our group of 6 had plenty of space to spread out and the house was in pristine condition and in an AMAZING location. The pictures don’t do the house justice- it was just as pictured and described. Next, the rental agency: couldn’t be happier with their service. Any question or concern was quickly addressed. The owner, Arlan, also stopped by to drop some things off and was a pleasure to talk to. We’ve used several rental companies throughout Florida, and have stayed in other Airbnbs. Both the rental company and property far exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect week and I could not recommend this property and rental company more!”
