“We had a great time staying here! We considered staying nearby at a cheaper place but we are so glad we didn’t and stayed at this place instead. It was totally worth it. You can’t beat the location. We enjoyed private meals sitting out on the back porch looking out over the bay, and enjoyed walking just across the street to play in the waves of barefoot beach. They had beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. They were very accommodating letting us check-out early. We were very happy with the accommodations and it’s hard to imagine what we’d change.”

“The Villa Loriann was spectacular!! We had the best time. It was the perfect house to have our whole family in. The host Arlen was responsive and answered any and all questions right away. I highly recommend staying at this house. It had all the space, amenities, and everything we needed for this family vacation. Absolutely amazing!!”

“The Setting was perfect, a very quiet and tranquil property. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises, short walk to the beach, and close to town for needs. Our kids loved the pool; they stayed busy either swimming or exploring the walkways when we stayed in.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house is a 5-6 min walk from Bonita Beach access #5. Easy drive from the Fort Myers airport. Beautifully situated on a little inlet on the Estero Bay side of Little Hickory Island. The house is designed and outfitted with everything a family with kids could want or need. House sleeping arrangements were great for our family of 7. The master suite was perfect with a huge walk in closet that we used for pack and plays for our younger kids. Lots of space! Big beautiful livingroom, awesome huge kitchen with tons of workspace. Kitchen has all the essentials. Loved the laundry amenities! Loved the pool and screen porch! Biggest wins: tons of beach towels, beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrella, Boogie boards, you name it they the gear. We saw dolphins at Bonita beach. Paddle board and fishing gear on site, our eldest son fished nonstop. Caught tons of fish from dock and paddle board. We saw 2-3 manatees via paddle board in the inlet and lots of rays. Great vacay!”

“Great vacation overall. The home was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The pool and hot tub were highlights and got plenty of use. Location is a big plus. There are several great restaurants within walking distance—we especially loved Fish House, C-Level, Bistro, and Sweet Melissa’s. We also walked to the bait shop, grabbed some shrimp, and caught catfish right off the back dock, which was a fun bonus. The only real downside was beach access. Parking is extremely limited at the nearby access points (most have just a handful of spots), and the main lot fills up quickly and is tough to navigate. Both times we went, we spent 20–30 minutes driving around trying to find parking. We did have lunch at Doc’s one day, and they offer valet while you’re dining, which helped. If you can bike or Uber, that’s probably the way to go—but with an infant, that wasn’t an option for us. All that said, the house itself was excellent and made for a great stay. Would definitely rec”
