“Our experience with this property was one of neglect and poor property management. We were welcomed by gnats and flies through the place due to the house temp sitting at 81°F @ 75.5%humidity with a hint of body odor. In addition to the poor conditions we found the place in the kitchenware scissors had human hair wedged in the blades. The place had clearly NOT been cleaned since the previous tenants. According to the Host this was an overbite on their part. My frustration is that I am traveling for work putting in 14+hr days. All I want is a nice place to stay at an affordable price. This was worse than a motel at the price of a luxury BnB…. I would hope yall read the reviews before booking. There is a theme. And it seems like a lack of care or attention.”

“The place was nice and spacious, the location was great and amenities were just enough. Check in was easy. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay just wished it was bit cleaner and up kept, the counters were dusty, the Floors were dusty and there were bugs (roaches and wasps in the patio). The dishes weren’t clean. The hanging chair was not properly hooked and unsecured.”

“This host needs to pay more attention in cleaning the place before renting it out. The smell at the house was horrendous, especially in one of the bedrooms. Roaches were seen alll over the place (alive) and the overall cleanliness was disgusting. That unit needs to be gutted and redone. The pictures used to advertise it were AI modified cause its totally different from whats there now. Would not recommend at all to anyone to stay.”
