“This property has a lot of potential and is in a great location, which is what initially drew us to book it. However, our experience was significantly impacted by a number of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall setup issues throughout the stay. Upon arrival and as we continued settling in, we encountered multiple sanitation concerns, missing or inadequate household items, and maintenance issues that were not resolved in a timely manner. While some items were eventually addressed, several key issues remained unresolved during our stay. We also experienced delays in coordination with the local team, which made it difficult to get timely support while we were there. Overall, the home could be a great stay with more attention to detail, proper setup for guests, and more responsive maintenance and cleaning support.”
